Chicken scaffolding is a worthy alternative to a similar pork dish. First, because chicken is much more dietary than pork, and second, the price of chicken meat is lower than any other. UNIAN will show you how to marinate chicken kebab and cook it properly later.

Chicken thigh scales in soy sauce

  • Chicken thighs – 6 pieces.
  • Ground red pepper – 1-2 tops
  • Soy sauce – 100 ml
  • Lemon – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 1-2 pieces.
  • Parsley or dill – 1 bunch

Wash the chicken thighs, dry them and leave without removing the bones. Peel an onion, grate it and cut it into rings. Rinse the greens, sort and chop. Prepare the marinade: mix the soy sauce, herbs and onion, then squeeze the lemon juice and add the red pepper. Stir, marinate the chicken for half an hour, then place on a skewer and fry until softened. Optionally, sprinkle with extra red pepper.

Chicken skewers on skewers

  • Chicken fillet – 1 kg
  • Onions – 2 pieces.
  • mayonnaise – 100-150 ml
  • Spices for chicken – 1 tablespoon.
  • Salt – 0.5-1 tablespoons
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 tablespoons
  • Lemon – 0.5-1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon.

Rinse the chicken fillet and cut it into cubes 4-5 cm in diameter, cut the lemon into rings. Peel an onion, cut it into rings, add spices, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly with the meat. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Cover a baking sheet with foil, grease with vegetable oil, place onion and lemon on top. Fix the chicken on the grill and place on top of the pillow. Cover the meat with foil and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 ° C. Then remove the nest and “break” the kebab for another 10 minutes.

Chicken skewers in mayonnaise

  • Chicken legs or feet – 1 kg
  • mayonnaise – 100-150 g
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Salt – 0.5-1 tablespoons
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 tablespoons
  • Parsley for decoration – 1-2 branches

Divide the legs into pieces (if you have taken the legs, you can do without this step), wash, dry and grate with minced garlic. Sprinkle with spices on top. Melt the butter, make cuts in the chicken pieces and coat the meat with butter and mayonnaise. Stir and leave in a deep bowl for 1-2 hours. Grind the meat on the skewer and grill until softened.

Skewers wings on the grill

  • Chicken wings – 1 kg
  • Honey – 1 tablespoon. l.
  • Mustard beans – 1.5 tablespoons. l.
  • Lemon – 0.5 pieces.
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons. l.
  • Salt – to taste

Wash and dry the wings, prepare the marinade: squeeze the lemon juice, add olive oil, mustard and honey. Mix thoroughly with the meat, cover the pan with a film and leave for a few hours (you can overnight). Before cooking, salt and stir again, then place on the skewer and place on the grill.
