Chupachups chicken. Recipe for sticks baked in teriaki sauce

Head and participant of the show MasterChef Professionals Nikolai Lyulko on his Instagram shared a recipe for an unusual roast chicken.

This dish is guaranteed to satisfy adults and children: the first – for its unusual taste, the second – for its shape, reminiscent of chupacups. You can cook this dish on the grill or in the oven.

  • Chicken stick – 6 pieces.
  • Dried garlic – 0.5 tablespoons
  • Smoked paprika – 0.5 tablespoons
  • Minced coriander – 0.5 tablespoons
  • Black pepper they say – 0.5 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil – 50 g
  • Teriaki sauce – 200 g


Clean the leg bones: cut the ends with cartilage, cut and remove the shell 1.5-2 cm from the end of the bone. Add all the spices and vegetable oil, mix well.

Place the sticks on the grill or in the oven, preferably with a fork to add a smoky aroma. Bake at 120 ° C for 30 minutes.

Raise the temperature to 180 ° C and bake or grill on indirect heat. Generously coat the sticks with teriyaki sauce, coat them again after 5 minutes so that there is a lot of icing and the meat is liquid. Bake until done.
