The head chef of STS spent 69 rubles for one dish.
- Chicken thighs with skin on bone 9 pcs. 1.8 kg (479 rubles)
- Onions 1 pc. (4 f.)
- Lemon 1 pc. (24 rubles)
- Kefir 500 ml (51 rubles)
- Curry 1 teaspoon (14 rubles)
- Red onion 3 pieces. (16 rubles)
- Sugar 20 g (1 p.)
- Apple bite 1 tbsp. spoon (2 p.)
- Small curly parsley. clutch (35 rubles)
Total: 9 servings = 626 rubles, 1 serving = 69 rubles.
Peel an onion and cut it into half large rings, transfer to a separate bowl and season with a pinch of salt. Squeeze the onion well by hand to squeeze the liquid for the marinade.
Cut the lemon into large rings, send it to the onion.
Pour kefir into onion with lemon and add 1 teaspoon curry, mix.
We send the chicken thighs in the marinade, roll them in the marinade and let them marinate for 3 hours and preferably overnight.
We move the thighs on the grill with the skin down, cover them with the second part of the grill and send them to the charcoal. Fry on both sides until ready.

Peel a squash, grate it and chop it into large rings.
Transfer the onion rings to the grill and send them to the grill, sprinkle a little sugar on top of the ring.

Hold the rings slightly on the fire and turn the rings on the other side (sugar side down), pour wet pieces of wood down over the burning coals and smoke for a few minutes.
Send 1 tablespoon to the smoked caramelized onion. a spoonful of apple cider vinegar, pepper to taste, add finely chopped curly parsley and mix.
Serve the chicken thighs with smoked onions, fresh carrots and bread.
