Ingredients: chicken breast with wings – 2 pieces, nuts – 40 pieces, prunes with grains – 80 g, garlic – 2 cloves, dried garlic – 1 tablespoon, ground coriander – 0.5 tablespoons, paprika – 0, 5 teaspoons , fresh cilantro – 5 sprigs, red basil – 4 sprigs, salt, pepper – to taste, lemon – a small piece.
Cut the chicken breast along with the wings from the chicken, make a cut so as to get a pocket for the filling. In a bowl, grate the walnuts, prunes, a teaspoon of dried garlic and a couple of cloves of fresh garlic, coriander, paprika, fresh cilantro, basil, a pinch of salt. Fill the chicken breast.
Place the breast skin down in a hot oiled pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Line a baking sheet with a sheet of foil, make the sides and stretch the skin of the chest upwards.
Pour the remaining fat into the pan, sprinkle with black pepper to taste and sprinkle with lemon juice. Put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
