Well-known chef and TV presenter Ilya Lazerson revealed on his telegram channel a recipe for chicken curry, which he serves to guests in a restaurant. The aroma from the dish is incredible, and the meat is tender!

Ingredients: 1 medium chicken, 2 medium onions, 100 gr bacon, 2 apples, minced garlic, thyme, minced bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, curry powder, 2 tomatoes, 1 cup coconut milk, 150 ml thick cream, juice 1 lemon, butter.

Cut the chicken into 4 pieces and each into 3-4 more pieces, trying not to break the bones and extract possible sharp fragments. Peel an apple and grate it. Chop onion, bacon and apples, arrange to taste with garlic, thyme, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom and fry in a deep frying pan in oil or fat.

Then place the chicken pieces and, stirring, fry them lightly without letting them fry too much. Now season with curry powder to taste and mix.

Add the peeled and grated tomatoes and mix well. Pour in the coconut milk and cook covered for 35 minutes. Then add the cream and lemon juice and cook for another 10 minutes or so. Place the chicken on a plate and serve with rice.
