Chicken gardens are a sought-after product at any time of the year, as many dishes can be prepared from this meat. But the most delicious chicken sticks are obtained roasted after frying. The ingredients for such a recipe need a minimum, and the result is excellent. How to cook perfect chicken legs, said the famous Ukrainian culinary specialist, Evgeny Klopotenko.
- Chicken mushrooms – 6 pieces;
- Onions – 2 heads;
- Thyme – 2 twigs;
- Garlic – 3 cloves;
- Oil – 3 tablespoons;
- Cream (33%) – 250 ml;
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Method of cooking:
Remove the skin from the sticks and fry for 1 tbsp. l oil until golden brown on all sides without salt and pepper. Then transfer them to a baking dish and season with salt.
Onions cut into medium cubes. In the same pan where the sticks are fried, add another tablespoon of oil and fry the onion with two cloves of garlic pressed over medium heat until the onion is softened. In the frying process, add a pinch of salt to the mass.
Then transfer all this to a form where the sticks are folded, distribute evenly and add two thyme branches. Pour the cream all over, add a little salt and pepper to taste. Bake all 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
