A favorite classic cake made from light biscuits and milk-honey cream.

Ingredients:

  • 9 eggs
  • 300 g sugar (1.5 cups (250 ml)
  • 150 g of honey (4.5 tablespoons)
  • 8 g baking soda (0.5 tablespoons with one slide)
  • 500 gr flour (3 cups with a volume of 250 ml + 1 tablespoon)

For the cream:

  • 500 ml of milk (2 cups with a volume of 250 ml)
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 g flour (1 tablespoon with one slide)
  • 25 g of corn starch (1 tablespoon)
  • 80 gr honey (2 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon)
  • 50 g butter (fat content not less than 82%)
  • 50 g sugar (2 tablespoons with one slide)
  • 300 g sour cream 20-30% fat

This cake made with thin layers and light cream based on condensed milk was invented by German housewives. The cake is very soft and melts in your mouth.

Ingredients:

Beaten vanilla ganache:

  • 400 ml cream (fat content not less than 30%)
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • pod vanilla
  • 30 g of glucose syrup or honey

Biscuits:

  • 370 gr of condensed milk
  • 100 g butter

Ingredients:

For the chocolate chip cookie:

  • 90 ml of milk (4.5 art. l.)
  • 90 g butter (82%)
  • 90 g sugar (3.5 rr. l. with a slide)
  • 90 g flour (3.5 rr. l. with a slide)
  • 150 gr eggs (3 pieces.)
  • 120 g dark chocolate (50-70%)
  • 20 g cocoa powder (2 tablespoons with one slide)
  • 4 g baking powder (1 tablespoon)

For Swiss meringue:

  • 60 g protein (2 pieces.)
  • 60 g sugar (2.5 rr. l. with a slide)
  • 60 gr powdered sugar (2.5 rr. l. with a slide)

For the butter cream:

  • 300 ml of milk (1.2 cups (250 ml)
  • 15 g of corn starch (1.5 tablespoons with one slide)
  • 15 g flour (1.5 tablespoons with one slide)
  • 40 g egg yolk (2 pieces.)
  • 20 g sugar (1 st. l.)
  • 200 g of condensed boiled milk (0.7 cups 250 ml)
  • 200 gr butter (82% softened)

This is a dessert that reminds you that chocolate and cherries are the perfect combination that needs nothing else.

Ingredients:

For the chocolate chip cookie:

  • 300 gr eggs (6 pieces.)
  • 40 g egg yolk (2 pieces.)
  • 150 gr flour (6 art. l. with a slide)
  • 150 g sugar (6 art. l. with a slide)
  • 30 g cocoa powder (2 tablespoons. l. with a slide)

For the cherry filling:

  • 400 gr cherries without seeds (fresh or frozen)
  • 100 g of condensed milk (3.5 rr. l.)
  • 100 g butter (0.5 pack, fat content not less than 82%)
  • 150 gr dark chocolate
  • 100 ml cherry liqueur (5 st. l.)

For the chocolate glaze:

  • 50 g of honey (1.5 st. l.)
  • 200 g chocolate
  • 250 ml cream (1 glass 250 ml, fat content not less than 30%)
  • 30 ml of vegetable oil (1.5 st. l.)
  • 100 gr roasted nuts

This dessert is not only delicious, but also very beautiful. Although there are many ingredients, they are just different types of jelly that are very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

For berry jelly:

  • 200 gr of berry puree (currant + raspberry)
  • 100 ml of water
  • 2.5 rr. l. Sahara
  • 12 g of gelatin (2.5 tablespoons) + 60 ml of water (4 tablespoons. l.)

For exotic jellies:

  • 200 gr pure mango
  • 50 ml of passion fruit juice
  • 50 ml of water (2.5 rr. l.)
  • 2.5 rr. l. Sahara
  • 12 g of gelatin (2.5 tablespoons) + 60 ml of water (4 tablespoons. l.)

For orange jelly:

  • 300 ml of orange juice (1.5 cups)
  • 1.5 st. l. Sahara
  • skin of 1 orange
  • 15 g of gelatin (3 tablespoons) + 75 ml water (5 st. l.)

For yogurt jelly:

  • 500 gr Greek kos (fat content 9%)
  • 300 ml cream (10-35%)
  • 2 tablespoons. l. with a pile of powdered sugar
  • 20 g of gelatin (4 tablespoons with one slide) + 100 ml water (0.5 cups)

If you prefer less Unhealthy versions of sweets, make this carrot cake that uses minimal sugar.

Ingredients:

Carrot Biscuits:

  • 130 g flour
  • 140 g brown cane sugar (or white)
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 1/3 tablespoon salt
  • 2 g ground cinnamon
  • 80 ml sunflower oil (refined)
  • 60 ml of orange juice
  • the skin of an orange
  • 250 gr carrots (finely chopped)
  • 150 gr nuts (fried)

Orange jam:

  • 100 gr orange fillet
  • 50 ml of orange juice
  • the skin of half an orange
  • 4 g pectin NH
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1/5 tablespoon citric acid

Cream:

  • 250 gr cream cheese
  • 100 ml cream (fat content not less than 30%)
  • 80 g butter (fat content not less than 82%)
  • 40 gr powdered sugar

Karpatka is literally a large eclair about 1 kg in weight with citrus fatty cream.

Ingredients:

For citrus cream:

  • 100 ml of lemon juice (5 st. l.)
  • 50 ml of orange juice (2.5 rr. l.)
  • 150 g sugar (0.75 cups 250 ml)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • the skin of an orange
  • the skin of a lemon
  • 5 g of gelatin (1 tablespoon with a slide) + 25 ml of water (5 tablespoons)
  • 300 ml cream (fat content not less than 30%)

For the cream test:

  • 100 ml of milk (5 st. l.)
  • 100 ml of water (5 st. l.)
  • 1 g of salt (on the tip of a knife)
