Recipe for a cake without baking Sunshine by culinary specialist Vasilina Guk

Now many housewives do not have enough time to prepare complex cakes and they choose recipes from budget and affordable products. Chef Vasilina Guk FACTIVELY shared one such recipe – an uncooked “Sunshine” cake, which she often cooks for children. Try it for yourself, it is very simple and fast.

  • Biscuits “For coffee” 1 p.

  • Butter 50 g

  • Homemade cheese 300 gr

  • Kosi 200 ml

  • Sugar 150 g

  • Vanilla sugar 1 bag

  • Peach jelly 1 bag

  • canned peaches

  • Gelatin 15 g

  • 0.5 cup water

Grind the biscuits in the blender and mix with the melted butter. Put in a mold and form a cake with the sides. Put in the fridge to cool. Prepare jelly, but give a little less water than in the recipe on the package and leave to cool. Pour the gelatin with water at room temperature and let it swell. Beat the cheese, yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar well with a blender until smooth without lumps. Heat the gelatin in a water bath. Mos zieni! Allow to cool and stir slowly into the curd mass.

Take the cake form out of the fridge, pour the curd mass and place in the fridge for 20 minutes to freeze the “shock”. Take the cake out of the freezer and place the peaches on top and put it back in the freezer. Directly in the refrigerator, pour the jelly into small pieces with a spoon. Do not keep it in the refrigerator for a long time so that it does not freeze, literally 10-15 minutes. When all the jelly is set, arrange the cake in the fridge until it hardens completely for a few hours, and preferably overnight. The sugar content in the cake can be adjusted to your liking. Such a cottage cheese base can be universal for seasonal fruits and different jelly flavors.
