The presenter of the show “Dom-2” Daria Pynzar showed in her telegram how to make a delicious marinade for chicken, this dish is loved in her family by both her husband and her sons.
Marinade ingredients: Bulgarian pepper, garlic (to taste), olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice. Ingredients for baking in the oven: honey and soy sauce.
Cut the chicken into pieces. Mix in a blender the pepper, garlic, oil, soy sauce, lemon juice. Pour the chicken with the composition, leave in the fridge for at least an hour, it can be longer – literally up to a day, it will be tastier.
Lay on a baking sheet. Mix honey and soy sauce, fats (if the pieces are large, then apply the composition not immediately). Then coat it several times during the baking process. Cook for about 40 minutes until softened (depending on the size of the pieces) at 180 degrees.
“It turns out very soft, juicy and delicious,” said Daria Pynzar.
